Feldman Bros Produce, Inc.

Feldman Bros Produce, Inc. was a family owned produce distributor based out of Youngstown, OH, outside of Cleveland. The company was in operation since the early 1900s and was one of the largest fresh produce distributors in the United States. It had many assets including warehouses, automobiles, and other developed/non-developed real estate. Sheldon Feldman, Chairman and CEO of Feldman Brothers, retired and sold the company after taking it over due to his father's death to Jacob Frydman in 1984 for an undisclosed amount. The name of the company was later changed to American Produce, Inc.
