Ferns N Petals (FNP) is India's largest flower and gifts retailer[2] and one of the largest flower retailers in the world[1] with a network of 200 outlets across 85 cities. It was started by Vikaas Gutgutia in 1994. The brand has served more than 4 million customers both online and offline. FNP also delivers gifts to more than 150 countries. Ferns N Petals Group comprises FNP Retail & Franchising, FNP E-commerce, FNP Weddings & Events, Floral Touch, FNP Select, Luxury Weddings, FNP Floral Design School, GiftsbyMeeta & Flagship store. Customers use it for buying flowers for occasions, floral décor for weddings, parties or for sending flowers to others.[3][4]

History

Gutgutia had gained some experience in the flower business having helped out his florist Uncle in Kolkatta during his early days. He opened his first shop in Delhi South extension. It took FNP 9 years before it finally broke even in 2003.[5]

Though originally a flower retailer, FNP has also expanded into the E-commerce sector[1] with various online ventures such as FNPcakes.[6]
