Francis Kimemia

Francis Thuita Kimemia ( Born 27th October 1957) in Sabugo location of Ol Kalou Constituency, Nyandarua County.[2] Vying for Nyandarua County gubernatorial seat in 2017, is a Kenyan politician, the former Secretary to the Cabinet of Kenya. He is the former Head of Civil Service. [3] He took over from Francis Muthaura in 2012.

He previously served as Permanent Secretary, Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security of Kenya. Kimemia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Public Administration and a Master of Business Administration.[4]

He is currently on the race to unseat the Current Nyandarua governor Daniel Waithaka Mwangi and has launched a site for his campaign trails for his electorate. Website: www.honourablefranciskimemia.co.ke[5]

Family

Married to Ann Thuita with whom they have seven children.[2]
