The Frederick Billings House is an historic house on 45 Orchard Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This two story wood frame house was built in 1846 by housewright Joshua Fernald, and was one of the first Italianate houses to be built in Cambridge. It, along with the nearby John Aborn House (a similarly-styled house also built by Fernald in 1846), were built not long after Orchard Street was platted. The house has bracketed gable eaves, and its first floor front windows have bracketed lintels.[2]

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.[1]
