Geir Berthelsen

Geir Berthelsen is the founder of the think-tank The World Institute of Slowness.[1]

Geir Berthelsen has been working with change management and problem solving around the globe for small and large corporation for the last 15 years. He has a background as a physicists and has a M.A in Industrial organizational psychology and has over the years work on what “Time” is as a concept, and what sort of impact "Time" has on our brain.

Berthelsen created the think-tank The World Institute of Slowness[1] citing a vision for an entire 'Slow Planet' and a need to teach the world the way of Slow. Worldwide, best selling author Carl Honoré noted that Berhelsen was the originator of the concept in his book "In Praise of Slowness".[2]
