Getz Pharma, the largest branded generic pharmaceutical company in Pakistan, started its operations in 1995. According to the IMS, Getz Pharma was ranked 195th out of 200 Pharma companies in Pakistan in the year 1995. But in 11 years as of 2007, Getz Pharma achieved the 6th position among 650 pharmaceutical companies. Currently Getz Pharma is ranked as 3rd largest pharmaceutical company in Pakistan.
