Giovanni Sartori (born March 31, 1957 in Lodi) is an Italian professional football official and a former player who currently works as a director of sports for A.C. ChievoVerona.

He played 7 games (scoring no goals) in the Serie A 1978/79 season for A.C. Milan, winning the championship with the team.

He serves as the director of sports for A.C. ChievoVerona beginning in 1992, and is one of the most respected directors of sport in Italian football. He was fined €15,000 for his involvement in the False accounting scandal.
