Goniobranchus reticulatus is a species of colourful sea slug or dorid nudibranch, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Chromodorididae.[3] [2]

Distribution

This marine species occurs off the Philippines.

Description

The length of the body reaches 100 mm.

The species is hermaphroditic, with both male and female organs active at the same time. After mating, the external portion of the penis detaches, but is able to regrow within 24 hours.[4][5]
