HB Reavis is an international real estate developer founded in 1993 in Bratislava. HB Reavis is a fully integrated developer that supports investment, design, construction and management of the resulting asset.[1]
HB Reavis reported a 175% increase in consolidated net profit to €245m in the year ended 31 December 2015.[2] Owner Ivan Chrenko, is the richest resident of Slovakia according to regional Forbes.[3]
In 2016, HB Reavis was listed third in the PropertyEU list of Top Office Developers based on projects completed between 2013 and 2015.[4]
Recent Developments
HB Reavis completed its first divestment of a Polish asset with the sale of Konstruktorska Business Center to Gold Star Estate in 2013.[5][6] And in 2015, HB Reavis obtained permission to build a 310-metre tower in Warsaw, Poland.[7][8]
In 2014, the developer completed construction on Váci Corner Offices, its first development in Hungary. The sale was completed in March 2016.[9]
A deal with Wells Fargo fell through on 33 Central in London in 2016. Wall Street Journal commented that as HB Reavis maintains assets in Central Europe they have not been greatly affected by Brexit instability.[10][11]
