Hakea obtusa is a shrub of the genus Hakea native to an area along the south coast in the Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.[1]

The open non-lignotuberous shrub typically grows to a height of 1.5 to 3 metres (4.9 to 9.8 ft). It blooms from May to September and produces white and pink flowers.
