Hakea smilacifolia is a shrub of the genus Hakea native to an area in the Mid West, western Wheatbelt and the Goldfields-Esperance regions of Western Australia.[1]

The open shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 2 metres (3 to 7 ft). It blooms from August to September and produces white flowers.
