Dato' Halimi bin Abd Manaf (born 13 April 1959) is currently the Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government of Malaysia effective 15 July 2013.

Education

He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Science (Honors) from National University of Malaysia before furthering his studies to University of Scranton, in Pennsylvania in the United States of America where he obtained Masters in Human Resource Management in 1994.

Career

He began his career in the Administrative and Diplomatic Service in 1984 as an Assistant Director at the Ministry of Education.
