'Hawthornden' or 'Hawthorndean' is an apple cultivar that is used for cooking.[1] It is also known as 'Wheeler's Kernel', 'Lincolnshire Pippin', and 'Lord Kingston', and has been incorrectly known as 'Maiden's Blush' and 'Hawley'.[2]
