Henning Skilag is a Norwegian skiing club from Henning near Steinkjer.

Members include cross-country skiers Kari Vikhagen Gjeitnes,[1] Karianne Bjellånes,[2] Marte Elden,[3] Tor Arne Brevik,[4] and Morten Eilifsen.[5]

Local rival teams are Steinkjer SK and Skogn IL.
