Henry Allard

Karl Åke Henry Allard (born 21 November 1911 in Örebro; died 23 October 1996 in Örebro) was Swedish politician (Social Democrat).[1] He was a member of the Riksdag from 1943 until 1979. He was the Speaker of the Riksdag's second chamber 1969–1970, and became the first speaker of the unicamberal Riksdag in 1971, a post he held until 1979.
