Hermann Fischer (19 February 1894 – 12 April 1968) was a German general (Generalleutnant) in the Wehrmacht during World War II. He was a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross, awarded by Nazi Germany to recognise successful military leadership.

Fischer surrendered to the Red Army on 8 May 1945 in the Courland Pocket. Convicted as a war criminal in the Soviet Union, he was held until 1955.
