HIVI! is an Indonesian pop group formed in 2009. The group's current lineup consists of Nadhia 'Neida' Aleida, Ilham Aditama, Febrian Nindyo and Ezra Mandira. The older vocalist Dalila Azkadiputri (Dhea) was departure on March 17, 2016 to continue her studies.

Career

2012–2014: Say Hi! to HiVi! and "Heartbeat"

Universal Music Indonesia signed HiVi! in 2012 and the group releasing the first single "Indahnya Darimu" which written by Febrian Nindyo. The group' debut album Say Hi! to HiVi! followed in January. The album included the group' next hit single, such as "Curi-Curi", "Selalu di Hati", "Mata Ke Hati" and "Orang Ketiga". All singles were received positively by reviewers, especially from among teens and HiFriends which is the nickname from their fans. Both of single "Orang Ketiga" and "Curi-Curi" have been used as original soundtrack for the movie Cinta Brontosaurus.

In late 2014, HiVi! returned by releasing a single, entitled "Heartbeat" and using the lyrics in Indonesian and English. Later that year, the group held the tour to four countries in Europe to introduce Indonesian culture.[1]

2015–present: Upcoming second studio album, Dalila's departure, new vocalist, and "Pelangi"

After moving signed to Seven Music in 2015, the group releasing first single "Siapkah Tuk Jatuh Cinta Lagi" as opening single which marking their return to Indonesian music industry.[2] The first single received positive response from viewers and earning a nomination for Song of the Year at the 3rd Indonesian Choice Awards. "Siapkah Tuk Jatuh Cinta Lagi" music video receiving the highest number of viewers and reaching at number 2 in social media Path. The group' second album was announced for planned of releasing schedule which produced by Anindyo Baskoro (RAN) and Lale (Maliq & D'Essentials).[3]

On their official Instagram account, HiVi! announced that their vocalist Dea has officially departured from the group due to her personal reasons and to continue her studies.[4]

On June 8, 2016, HiVi! officially changed their logo and name (to HIVI!), and announced their new vocalist, Neida Aleida.

After making that new formation, they released a new single titled "Pelangi" which tells a story of Neida's choice from being an officer to being a passion followers, in this case as a singer and musician.
