Hoshea Friedman

Hoshea Friedman is a brigadier general in the IDF. His father is Rebbe Yisrael Friedman, the Pashkaner Rebbe, and his mother is Rebbetzin Tziporah, daughter of the Imrei Chaim of Vizhnitz.[1]

He was born in 1959 in Reshafim, a kibbutz in northeastern Israel. When he was 3 years old, his family moved to Sa'ad,[2] a religious kibbutz in the Negev desert.

He served in the Golani Brigade.[2]

He is married and has five children.[2]
