Hospital Universitario de Gran Canaria Doctor Negrín (Doctor Negrín University Hospital) is a teaching hospital in Gran Canaria (Canary Islands, Spain). Located in the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and founded in 1999 in honour of the Canarian politician/physician Juan Negrín.

The hospital is managed by the Canarian Government via the Canarian Health Service (Servicio Canario de Salud) and is geared to health care in the north and west of Gran Canaria (Arucas, Santa María de Guía de Gran Canaria, Gáldar, Agaete, Firgas, Moya, Valleseco, Santa Brígida, Vega de San Mateo, Artenara, Tejeda, Teror, La Aldea de San Nicolás and the north of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria). It is also the referral hospital of Lanzarote and referral hospital of the Canary Islands in some specialities.
