Irshad Khan Chagharzai (Urdu: ارشاد خان چغرزی) was born in Karachi January 1985. He belongs to District Buner Khyber Pukhtookhwa. Irshad Chagharzai has Started primary education from Karachi and completed Postgraduate degree in Management Sciences. He started political activities from college, When he was 17 then joined Awami National Party (ANP) as Chief Salar (Security) in 2006 from home town Karachi. In 2011 He was selected Information Secretary from District West Karachi. In 2013 general Election of Pakistan party decided to choose Irshad Khan for NA-253.[1][2] After 11 May 2013 general election ANP badly defeated in Pakistan due to security lapse and threatened from Tehreek Taliban Pakistan.[3]
