J. Paget (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer who made one appearance in first-class cricket.

A member of Manchester Cricket Club, Paget's only appearance in first-class cricket came for Lancashire in 1851 against Yorkshire at Sheffield.[1] Opening the batting alongside Julius Caesar in Lancashire's first-innings, Paget scored 2 runs before he was dismissed by Richard Skelton. In batted in the lower-order in Lancashire's second-innings, scoring 13 runs before he was dismissed by Henry Wright. Yorkshire won the match by 6 wickets.[2]
