Jacob Nena (born October 10, 1941) is a Micronesian political figure who served as the fourth President of the Federated States of Micronesia from 1996 to 1999. He had served as Vice President under Bailey Olter; after Olter suffered a stroke in July 1996, Nena took over as acting president on November 8 of that year and was sworn in as president on May 8, 1997, serving out the remaining two years of Olter's term. Before becoming vice president and president, Nena served as Governor of Kosrae from 1979 to 1983.
