Jedd Taylor (born Jed Bleier Rinzivillo, 15 November 1960 in Peekskill, New York) is an American Media personality, radio and music producer, Voice Over Actor narrator in television and film, heard widely in trailers for feature films, network television promos, documentaries, national radio and television commercials and animated cartoons. Also was the Host of the "Our 70's Radio Show" on Sunday nights 8pm est on 100.7FM WHUD http://www.jeddtaylor.com/

Early years

The son of a Montrose, NY, Insurance man, and his wife Grace (Both WWII veterans), Taylor lived in Montrose, New York and graduated from Hendrick Hudson High School in 1978. He started playing music and studying radio in his early years. He gained his first on air experience on the college run 88.5 WARY Westchester Community College and Mercy College while at the same time attending Broadcasting School in Ct. He began his professional radio career at the age of 18. He is also a graduate of the Berklee College of Music with a Masters in Music Production.

Radio

At age 21, Jedd Taylor became the youngest ever Afternoon Drive radio personality at WNLK in Norwalk CT. After stops in Norwalk, Ridgefield and Waterbury Ct, he was brought in to WVIP-FM Mt Kisco, NY in 1986 by Bruce Owens and Tom Furci (Program and Music Directors) Taylor had a style that was reminiscent of the Top 40 DJ's of the 60's and 70's

In 1994, he joined the staff of 100.7FM WHUD and was reunited with Furci (Music Director). In 2005 he became a fixture on Sunday Nights hosting the top rated Sunday Night "Our 70's show" until March of 2014. http://www.whud.com/ With his catchphrase "Honey, I'm on my way home, get the headache ready"

The Spirit Show with Artie Kornfeld

Taylor is friends and works with Artie Kornfeld who planned and produced the Woodstock Music & Arts Rock Festival of 1969.

Artie Kornfeld was responsible for the historic record & Warner Brothers movie contracts and hired Michael Wadleigh to film the Woodstock Movie which won an Academy Award for Best Documentary in 1970
