Jhonatan Restrepo Valencia (born November 28, 1994 in Pácora, Caldas) is a Colombian cyclist riding for Team Katusha.[1] He participated in the 2015 Pan American Games and was first in the team pursuit. He was named in the startlist for the 2016 Vuelta a España.[2]
