John Botvid (12 September 1889 – 20 February 1964) was a Swedish actor and comedian. He was born as John Botvid Börjesson and appeared in over a hundred films between 1917 and 1955. He often worked with fellow comedians Thor Modéen and Nils Poppe. His children were film actors Rolf Botvid and Gerd Botvid.
