Joseph Bowron

Joseph Bowron was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.

Biography

Bowron was born in 1809.[1] He died in 1868.

Career

Bowron was a member of the Assembly during the 1848 and 1849 sessions.[2] In 1848, the seat was initially won by William Rainey Marshall, who later became Governor of Minnesota. Bowron successfully contested the result on the grounds of non-residence.[3] He was a Democrat.
