Josh Ryan is an American photographer who specializes in fashion and glamour photography. He has worked since 2006 for Playboy, where he shoots for the Playboy Girls Network, Special Editions and Cyber Club. Ryan also photographs celebrities, supermodels and fashion campaigns for a wide variety of clients.[1]

Josh Ryan is originally from Sacramento, California and moved to Los Angeles in 2000 to run a night club. He started shooting photographs as a hobby. Ryan's company has seen growth in the recent years from himself to crew of professionals surrounding him including makeup artists, lighting assistants and wardrobe stylists all putting forth their efforts and talents into his ideas and vision.[2]

Photographs shot by Josh Ryan are regularly submitted to Playboy's editors. A photoshoot with Ashley Mattingly led to her becoming Playboy's Miss March 2011 Playmate of the Month.[3]
