David Leonel Faleiro[1] (born 12 January 1991 in Sapucaia do Sul) is a Brazilian football midfielder who recently played for the Slovak 2. liga club MFK Zemplín Michalovce, on loan from FK Senica.[2]

FK Senica

In January 2011, he joined Slovak club FK Senica on three-year contract.[3] He made his debut for FK Senica[4] against FC Nitra on 4 March 2011. On 21 February David released contract with FK Senica.

MFK Zemplín Michalovce

In August 2011, he joined Slovak club MFK Zemplín Michalovce[5] on a half-year loan from FK Senica. Kaká made his debut for MFK Zemplín Michalovce[6] against MFK Dubnica on 13 August 2011.
