Keith J. Allman

Keith J. Allman (born 1962) is a business executive in the home construction markets.

Current executive roles

Allman became Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of Masco Corporation in 2014. He is the fourth CEO of the company’s 85-year history. He is also a member of the Hansgrohe SE Supervisory Board and the Alfa Tau Omega fraternity.

His annual salary and bonus is: $2,776,426, with stock awards at $584,229 and option awards: $1,286,550.[1]

Employment history

Prior to his current positions at Masco, Allman held a variety of other key roles. These included: Group President (in charge of the firm’s Plumbing and North American Cabinet businesses), President of Masco Corporation Of Indiana (aka Delta Faucet Company) and Vice President of Manufacturing for Merillat Industries (Masco’s cabinet maker). He joined the firm in 1998.

Before Masco, Allman worked at General Motors for 13 years. He held positions in the following industries: engineering, manufacturing and quality.[2]

Education

Allman has a Mechanical Engineering Degree from General Motors Institute and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Awards

Allman received the Outstanding Achievement Award at Kettering’s Bulldog Alumni Reunion.[3]
