Kentucky Route 397 (KY 397) is a 3.543-mile-long (5.702 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels through rural areas of Breathitt County.

Route description

KY 397 begins at an intersection with KY 1110 west-southwest of Haddix, in the central part of Breathitt County. It travels to the west-northwest and curves to the north-northwest. It crosses over Markham Fork and Cane Creek. The highway begins paralleling the creek. It curves to the northwest, crosses over Haddix Fork, and meets its northern terminus, an intersection with KY 30.[1]
