Kids Discover was a children's non-fiction magazine[2] in a similar vein to Zoobooks. Its issues focused on themes such as government, science, and history and are meant to give the reader a general understanding to a subject within such a field. It was often used in elementary school education. The magazine was in circulation between 1991 and 2014.[2]

Issues

Each issue focused on a specific topic. Kids Discover sometimes repeated its most popular topics, updating the material if required. This practice caused some controversy among subscribers.[1]

Awards and nominations

Kids Discover won the Golden Lamp Award in 1999 and was a finalist for two National Magazine Awards in 1992.[3][4]
