Kurnugi

Kurnugi is a dark place in Babylonian mythology, typically described as the underworld. It is ruled over by Ereshkigal and her husband, the lightning god, Nergal.[1] Inhabitants are clothed in feathers, eat clay, and drink dust.[2]
