Lalov Egrek (Лалов Егрек) is a Bulgarian land development company formed in 2003 and based in Bourgas, Bulgaria. Its name stems from the name of the area in which the company's first development was constructed. Currently working on its first project the company also has plans for future developments and investment.

Project

"Lalov Egrek Village", situated on the western shore of the Black Sea, 64 km south of Bourgas, is an elite conceptual development on 1.7 hectares of land, planned for completion by year 2008. Project development started in 2005, which construction commencing in April 2006. It is the first development of Lalov Egrek Ltd and includes one of the biggest diving centers in Europe.

The Diving Center will provide diving training to PADI standards and also organize diving and snorkeling activities including underwater hunting, and various archeological work. It is equipped with a learning pool, a decompression chamber and a helicopter pad in case of emergencies.

Aside from the Diving Center, "Lalov Egrek Village" contains 3 elite detached homes, 2 blocks of 4 townhouse-type apartments, 5 blocks of 8 larger apartments and 2 blocks of 12 smaller apartments. There are 2 bars, a restaurants and a shop on site.

The Village is planned to have a small marina to allow docking of small boats and yachts.
