Leo Rodríguez (baseball)

Leonardo Briones Rodríguez (July 1, 1929 – August 16, 2011) was a professional baseball player notable for his time in the Mexican League, though he spent time in other leagues as well. According to Baseball-Reference.com, Rodríguez's playing career began in 1949, at the age of 19, and ended in 1971, at the age of 41. He was elected to the Salon de la Fama in 1980.[1]

He was born in Tlahualilo Municipality, Mexico.
