Lili Xu (born 1 February 1981) is a Chinese power lifter who took gold at the IPC World Championships in the 79kg division in 2016.

Xu also competed in the 2015 IPC championships where she took silver[1] and at the 2016 Summer Paralympics in Rio.[2]
