Lisa Torres portrayed by Michelle Lukes, first on 28 January 2009. She made her last appearance on 28 March 2011.

Lisa is the mother of Isobel Torres who is the daughter of Dr. Daniel Granger. On Lisa's first episode she came back from her native country of Peru, where she had been staying with family after Izzy's birth, she took Isobel from her father's arms and told Daniel that Izzy would be staying with her for a while. Daniel was very upset and tried to fight this but Lisa was in control. Lisa let Daniel see Izzy for a while but it was stopped after Daniel's ex-girlfriend, Ruth Pearce told Lisa whilst she was at the Campus Surgery about Daniel's sobering past. After that Lisa took Izzy away for good. Daniel has always tried to make a good impression so Lisa would change her mind but something always ending up happening to Daniel's misfortune.

DCI Lynette Driver is portrayed by Elizabeth Rider and first appeared on 4 August 2009. She is the boss of Rob Hollins. She was involved in the Lauren Porter murder case, of which she was in charge. Driver returned for one episode on 10 January 2012.[1] Driver returned on 1 November 2012.[2] Since Early 2013 she has been a semi-regular character and often appeared alongside Rob in the police station and working on police cases.
