Lyubinsky District (Russian: Лю́бинский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[3] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwestern central part of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,300 square kilometers (1,300 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Lyubinsky.[1] Population: 3,735 (2010 Census);[4] 42,123(2002 Census);[7] 44,283(1989 Census).[8] The population of the administrative center accounts for 27.1% of the district's total population.[4]
