"Make Me a Song" is the debut single by Pop/R&B singer Kiley Dean, released in May 2003. It peaked at #59 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The song was written by Walter "Lil Walt" Millsap, Candice Nelson, and Timbaland, who produced the song. This urban/pop track is a rhythmic and lyrical push and pull in which Dean describes her journey to the studio to find the perfect melody and beat. There are references in the song to Aaliyah's "Rock the Boat" and "Young Nation", Missy Elliott's "Get Ur Freak On", Tweet's "Call Me" and Bubba Sparxxx's "Hootnanny".

Music video

In the video, Dean goes throughout her day in the studio. Two versions of the video were released: a TV version and an internet version. Timbaland, Missy Elliott, Bubba Sparxxx and Brandy make cameos in the video.
