Management Company Mariupol Investment Group (MC MIG, LLC): (full name: Management Company Mariupol Investment Group, Limited liability company) is a management company managing assets that provide ship repair, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, transhipment, storage of goods, logistics and forwarding services.[1] MC «MIG» manages the following assets: Azov Shipyard, Ukrtransagro and UTA Logistic. Oleg Ivanyushenko is the Executive Director of Management Company MIG.

MIG is a company to manage the assets in transporting and logistics cluster. It performs functions of corporate and strategic assets management by developing and approving development strategies, making key investment decisions, appointing the candidates for the top-management positions. Together with the international company Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Intalev Management Company MIG developed and formalized a long-term development strategy of the Group, including Azov Shipyard and Ukrtransagro.

History

Mariupol Investment Group was founded by Alexander Savchuk in 2007 to consolidate the assets within a single financial-industrial group. Later Alexander Savchuk decided to separate the control under the main (group «Azovmash») and prospective (group «MIG») business areas. In 2010 MIG was transformed into Management Company (MC «MIG») aimed at analysis, creating and implementation of perspective business areas.[3]
