matcli
matcli, for "Motive Assistant Command Line Interface"[1] is a piece of diagnostic/technical support software, written by Motive, Inc.[2] It works as an automatic diagnostic tool, searching a remedy database based upon problem symptoms supplied by the user. In this regard, it is a self-help system, designed to help users solve problems without another person supplying technical support.[3]
