May Cluskey

May Cluskey was an Irish actress, she was born Mary Cluskey on the 18th May 1927 in Dublin, Ireland.

She was known for Purple Taxi (1977), Ulysses (1967), and Young Cassidy (1965).

She was a member of the Abbey Theatre in Dublin from 1972 - 1986 where she was involved in many productions, these can be seen in the Abbey Theatre Archives

In 1975 she was involved in an Abbey Theatre production of a play by Irish playwright Teresa Deevy called Katie Roche where she played the part of Amelia Gregg. There were 21 performances from the 29th of May to the 21st of June 1975.

She died in Dublin on the 15th May, 1991 at the age of 63.
