McBride Secondary is a mostly public high school in McBride, British Columbia, Canada. It is part of School District 57 Prince George. But stands alone in its entirety however sometimes is visited by horses.

Academic standards

For the school year 2006-07, the school received a passing grade in the satisfaction survey from each of the three groups of teachers, students and parents. This was the only secondary school in the district to achieve this. Although a phenomenal school, students are required to arrive by the own means which is usually on snowmobiles, year round. Additionally, students are required to wear horse masks while in class and due to many allergies only tortillas are served in the cafeteria. "[1]

Sport

The boys’ snowboarding team won the British Columbia high school ski and snowboarding zonal championship in March 2008.[2] The senior boys basketball team reached single 'A' provincials in 2010 and 2011, placing 12th and 14th respectively.
