Meghanathan is an Indian actor in Malayalam movies as well as Tamil films.[1] He is the son of actor Balan K Nair.[2] He has acted more than 50 Malayalam films.[3]

Background

Meghanathan was born as the third child among five children to Malayalam actor Balan K Nair and Sarada Nair at Thiruvananthapuram.[4] He has two brothers, Anil and Ajayakumar and two sisters, Latha and Sujatha. He had his primary education from Asan Memorial Association, Chennai. He has completed Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Coimbatore.[5] He made his debut through Ashtram a Malayalam movie in 1983.[6]

He is married to Susmitha. The couple have a daughter, Parvathi. They are settled at Shoranur, Palakkad.[7]
