Melford Homela (born 3 June 1970) is a retired Zimbabwean who competed in middle-distance events.[2] He represented his country at the 1988 and 1992 Summer Olympics. He also won the bronze medal at the 1988 World Junior Championships.

His personal bests are 1:47.36 in the 800 metres (Seoul 1988) and 3:47.38 in the 1500 metres (Seoul 1988).
