Metascope Records

Metascope Records (pronounced [mɛtə skəʊp ˈrɛkɔːdz]) is a Polish independent record label, created in 2015 by two record producers from Poland: Adam Związek and Maciej Pichlak.[1] It is headquartered in London, United Kingdom with main production facility in Tienen, Belgium and the commercial office in Warsaw, Poland. Metascope Records uses TuneCore Inc. as its publishing administrator as well as SABAM as their official PRO organization.

Metascope Records releases POP and EDM artists globally, with a catalog of such artists including Ashley Yokashi,[2] Matt Hewitt,[3] Mavooi and Bechoco.[1]

On February 14, 2016, Metascope Records released its first ever single 'Criminal' by Matt Hewitt.[3][4] The song is a mid-tempo (100 BPM) modern pop ballad. 'Criminal' got a score of 8.1/10 on the official review on 24our music.[5] On February 16, 2016, Metascope Records with 'Criminal' was ranked among top 3 most active independent labels and the most streamed and downloaded singles[6] during the given period on releases not directly promoted to radio by any of the 'major' record companies on Yangaroo DMDS distribution tool for audio and video media via the internet, used by industry professionals.[7][8]

On June 17, 2016, Metascope Records released its second single 'Believe in Love' by Ashley Yokashi[9] (95 BPM) in a EP form, containing 6 tracks. The EP was mastered by Maor Appelbaum[10] in his mastering studio in Los Angeles, California, with vocals recorded by Elle Vee (who was featured in Benny Benassi ’s 'Carousel', in June 2016)[11] The song gained 9.3/10 score on the official 24our music review on Jul 20 2016.[2]

On July 22, 2016, Metascope Records released its first ever official video for Ashley Yokashi 'Believe in Love' on Youtube.[12] The video was made in July 2016 at Ustka Public Beach in Poland and at Dolina Charlotty, Poland.[13] The video features Laura Nadolska and Martin Stankiewicz - young celebrity youtubers from Poland. Nadolska was also the director for the video.
