Michael Brian Wheeler

Lieutenant Colonel Michael Brian Wheeler is a United States Army Reserve officer who served in Iraq during the Coalition Provisional Authority occupation. He was subsequently charged with fraud and accepting bribes.

Wheeler, another officer, Lieutenant Colonel Debra Harrison and a CPA Comptroller named Robert Stein Jr. are accused of accepting bribes from Philip Bloom in return for awarding construction contracts.
