Model Civil Law Notary Act

The Model Civil Law Notary Act (the Act) is a model act drafted by the National Association of Civil Law Notaries (NACLN) to establish civil-law notaries within common law jurisdictions of the United States.[1] As of Dec. 29, 2015, statutes based on the Act exist in Alabama[2] and Florida.[3]
