The hotel is run by a multinational and multilingual senior executive team.[1] The Nanning Marriott officially opened on the 18th of December 2009.[2]

The Nanning Marriott is in the eastern area of the city's CBD, sited diagonally opposite Nanning International Convention & Exhibition Center, which is the permanent venue for the annual China–ASEAN Expo.

The Nanning Marriott Hotel is located in the eastern area of the city’s CBD and is a 35-minute drive from Nanning Wuxu International Airport. Diagonally across from the hotel is the Nanning International Convention & Exhibition Center, which is the permanent venue for the annual China–ASEAN Expo. In 2010 it was selected as one of the 12 official host hotels for the Expo.[3] The hotel is a part of Hangyang International Center and within walking distance to Admiral City shopping mall, Wuxiang Plaza and the Municipal Government office.
