National University of Medical Sciences commonly referred as NUMS is a public research university located in the Rawalpindi, Pakistan,[1][2] The university was established in 2015. Previously AMC was affiliated with NUST but now it is affiliated with NUMS which is military-run medical institute.[3][4] It consists of 5 army run medical colleges which are the followings:[5]

1. Army Medical College, Rawalpindi, Punjab

2. Armed Forces Post Graduate Medical Institute, Rawalpindi, Punjab

3. CMH Lahore Medical College, Lahore, Punjab

4. CMH Multan Institute of Medical Sciences, Multan, Punjab

5. Wah Medical College, Wah, Punjab

6. Quetta Institute of Medical Sciences, Quetta, Baluchistan

Schedule of NUMS Entry Test - 2016

NUMS takes 2 tests: NET 1 and NET 2. The NET 1 will be the first test taken on the 7th of August 2016,[9] and the NET 2 will the second test taken on the 18th of September. 2016. You have to pay fees separately for the tests because both have different admission forms which are available on its official website. Keep in mind, the form for NET 1 is called FORM A, and the form for NET 2 is called FORM B.[10][11]
