NeoReach is an influencer marketing software solution that large brands use to run influencer marketing campaigns. Using NeoReach, brands can search, manage, and track influencers internally within their company without going through an agency or MCN. The company has raised over $3 million USD in venture capital funding.[2][3]

Software and Services

NeoReach provides a complete influencer marketing software platform that helps enterprises identify their influencers and manage their influencer relationships. With NeoReach, marketers can search for influencers based on their audience, affinity, and performance, manage large-scale campaigns, and track their campaign performance.

NeoReach has three core areas of functionality:

Influencer Search

This is an influencer search engine that helps users find influencers, analyze their profiles, and recruit them to campaigns. The NeoReach search engine includes over 3,000,000 influencers, to date. NeoReach analyzes each influencer profile to yield information on the influencers audience demographics, brand affinity, and social performance. Demographic data include follower age, gender, location, interests, and household income. NeoReach Search supports 7 social networks: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Vine, Blogs, and Snapchat.

Influencer Management

This is a management platform that helps users communicate with influencers and coordinate their influencer programs. The application offers functionality such as brief creation, rate negotiation, contract signing, post approval, influencer communication, and payment management.

Influencer Tracking

This comprehensive reporting suite uses big data analytics and data visualization to deliver enterprise reporting that spans all of a company's influencer marketing initiatives.

History

Founded by a team from Stanford University, NeoReach is a venture-backed startup based out of Silicon Valley.[4] In 2013, the company was invited into The Alchemist Accelerator, a business incubator ran by one of founder Jesse Leimgruber's professors at Stanford University.[5][6] The company launched a closed beta in December 2013. Shortly thereafter, NeoReach raised outside investment from notable Silicon Valley angel investors.

In early 2014, the team expanded their agency partnerships and quickly penetrated the mainstream market. It was during this time when NeoReach was invited by Splunk founder, Michael Baum, to join Founder.org. NeoReach was among 10 startups that won a $100k grant from the program.[7] After getting to know the company better, Founder.org led the company's seed round. This sparked interest from notable entrepreneurs and investors such as Expedia co-founder, Greg Slyngstad, Matt Mochary, among others.[8][9]

In August 2014, former oDesk CEO, Gary Swart, joined NeoReach as an advisor. Upon joining, Swart wrote that NeoReach has a "Smart, resourceful team and interesting approach to a massive market opportunity."[10]

In September 2014, NeoReach had over 10,000 bloggers and social media influencers using the platform. Active influencers include tech blogger, Chris Pirillo, professional surfer, Anastasia Ashley, and American Idol star, Kayden Stephenson.[11]

NeoReach was a sponsor of the influencer party at Vidcon in 2015.
